Good to know
- What's included on every plan?
- Unlimited members, your gym in the BULUO member app, your profile in the BULUO marketplace, payment links, family accounts, block bookings, a website timetable embed and a free trial to start. Higher plans add locations, automations, retention analytics and door access.
- Which plan gives us our own app?
- Signature. BULUO builds an app under your gym's name, with your icon and colours, submits it to the App Store and Google Play and keeps it updated. On Starter, Growth and Elite your members book through the BULUO app, where your gym has its own profile.
- Do members pay to use BULUO?
- No. Members download the app and book for free. You keep your own pricing for memberships, packs and drop-ins; BULUO just processes it (Stripe fees apply).
- Can I leave and take my data?
- Yes. Every plan is month-to-month with no setup fee, and you can export members, schedule and payment history as CSV at any time.
