What can I ask?
Anything covered by your reports: revenue and trends, financial health, attendance and class performance, retention and at-risk members, leads, trials and how members heard about you. You can ask about a custom date range or a single location, and ask follow-up questions in the same conversation.
Can the AI make up a number?
No. The model only chooses which report to run. Every figure in the answer is calculated from your own data by the same code as the Reports page, so the answer matches what you would see there.
Who on my team can use it?
Staff with reports access can ask. Revenue questions need revenue permission and coach earnings need payroll permission, so a coach cannot ask what another coach is paid.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Ask Buluo is in the web dashboard and in the owner app, with the same answers, charts and saved questions.
