Policies that enforce themselves
Cancellation cut-offs, no-show and late-cancel fees, waivers and PAR-Qs are applied at booking so staff do not have to police them.
One spot, one person. Every time.
Capacity and spots are enforced on the server at the moment of booking, including during checkout, waitlist promotion and staff bookings. Two members tapping the last spot at the same second cannot both get it.

Do members need to download an app to book?
No. A shared class link opens a web page where anyone can book. Regulars get more from the app: the timetable, their bookings, reminders and check-in.
How do waitlists work?
When a class is full members join the waitlist. If a spot opens, the next person is booked in automatically and notified straight away.
Can members choose a specific bike or reformer?
Yes. You build a floor plan for the room and switch spot selection on for the class types that need it. It can be optional or required.
Can a parent book for their children?
Yes. Family accounts let a parent or guardian add children to their account and book and pay on their behalf.
