Is it really our own app in the App Store?
Yes. It is listed under your gym's name with your icon, and members search for you, not for Buluo.
Which plan includes it?
Signature. On Starter, Growth and Elite your members book through the Buluo app, where your gym has its own profile. You can move to Signature whenever you want an app under your own name.
What do we need to provide?
Your logo, your colours and a few decisions about what to switch on. Buluo configures the app, builds it and submits it to Apple and Google.
Who keeps it updated?
Buluo does. New features and fixes reach your app through regular releases, without any work on your side.
Can members of another gym see our community?
No. A branded app only ever shows your own gym's classes, members and activity. That boundary is enforced on the server.
